OVERVIEW :

The Worship Leader is responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating
meaningful worship services in conjunction with the musicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Spend quality time with the Lead Pastor to learn his heart, passion, and desired 
  direction of worship.

• Along with the Lead Pastor, direct the planning, coordination, operation, and
  evaluation of each worship service and/or special worship services and events.

• Work with the Lead Pastor in determining music ministry goals, organization
  leadership, and administrative process.

• Lead and coordinate rehearsals for worship team, band, and other matters as considered appropriate.

• Oversee and provide direction to vocalists, music ministry team.

ABOUT RAMP CHURCH LOS ANGELES:

• We are a 18-month old church plant right in the heart of Van Nuys. Currently, our band rehearses on Saturday's at AMP Rehearsal Studio North Hollywood from 4pm to 6pm. And call time on Sunday's at 2pm in Van Nuys.
